Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.VAIKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and Mr.C.SURESH KANNAN, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 782 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent have raised only formal objection to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBIN000898, MICR 2/4

Code No.625002601 on or before 18.11.2024.
