This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide Police Protection to the Petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the Petitioner's Representation dated 22.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the private respondent have causing threat against the petitioner without any rights, therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 22.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have closed the petitioner's representation, since both parties settled their disputes between them.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that both parties have settled their disputes and the representation of the petitioner was closed, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
