Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2.The petitioner seeks allotment of alternate accommodation / patta and he has also given a representation in this regard on 20.02.2025. This Court in W.P.(MD)No.22788 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 has also issued certain directions. 3.In the light of the above, the seventh respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025, taking into account the directions issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 22788 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 and dispose of the petitioner's application for allotment of alternate land on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
