This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass this petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondents. 2.According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the private respondent, the respondent police has frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed him. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the private respondent and apart from that they have not harassed him under the guise of enquiry. However, they will conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the second respondent also denied the alleged harassment made by the petitioner, this Court is hereby directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and dispose the same within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that if the matter is pertains to money dispute, the respondent police shall follow the Circulars issued by the Higher Authorities in this regard. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
