ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner /sole accused, seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thoothukudi to dispose of the above case in C.C. No.284 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent-1.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner is the accused in this case. She is facing trial for a charge under Section 467, 468 and 420 of I.P.C.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of trial.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thoothukudi is directed to dispose of the case in C.C. No.284 of 2013 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
