PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 29.09.2021 which is pending before the 3rd respondent.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 3rd respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.09.2021, which is pending before the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that on receiving the complaint of the petitioner, dated 29.09.2021, the police enquired the matter and found that the transaction took place at Chennai and the alleged accused has also residing at Chennai and advised the complainant to give complaint before the Chennai Police and the complainant has also accepted to give a complaint before the Chennai police and hence, closed the enquiry upon the complainant given by the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Chennai jurisdictional Police in this regard.
