condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17510 of 2023, dated 21.12.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.MP(MD) No.18007 of 2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has raised serious objections that the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
