ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to pass orders based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025, seeking permission to demolish and reconstruct their own building in accordance to law.

2. Heard Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar, for M/s.Isaac Chambers, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Lingadurai, the Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents-1 to 5 and perused the material documents available on record.

3. It is admitted fact on both sides that the disputed building is in a dilapidated condition and not safe for any use.

4. Taking the facts into consideration, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and to pass an order on merits. No Costs.
