********** Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had submitted the petition mentioned application to the second respondent seeking permission to hold the petition mentioned events. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no rival claim as to who should organize the events and the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be stipulated by the second respondent.

3. The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings permitting the petitioner to hold the petition mentioned events. It is open to the second respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions and the same shall be adhered to in letter and spirit by the petitioner herein. The 2/4

learned Special Government Pleader is directed to inform the second respondent about the passing of this order without waiting for the certified copy.
