The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.5 of 2021 itself has been disposed of by the Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate Level, Theni and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
