O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition to restrain the second respondent from opening a liquor shop at Golden City, Balaji Nagar, Mangalakudi Village, Alagar Kovil.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that the TASMAC has taken a decision not to locate the shop at Golden City, Balaji Nagar, Mangalakudi Village, Alagar Kovil.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, there is no need for a factual adjudication of the issue raised in this writ petition.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
