Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to be issued with patta for the petition mentioned land. The stand of the respondents is that the property is a Sarkar poramboke. Hence, patta cannot be issued.

3. Be that as it may, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation forthwith and without any delay. If the same is adverse to the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.
