2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in the order passed by this Court on 29.04.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.13026 of 2025, the prayer mentioned is not in respect of W.P.(MD)No.13026 of 2026. Hence, the same has to be rectified.

3.This Court on perusing the prayer in W.P.(MD)No.13026 of 2025, finds that by inadvertence, an error has crept in. Hence, it needs amendment.

4.Hence, we direct the registry to delete the prayer portion as found in the order dated 29.04.2025 and substitute with the prayer as found in the writ petition, which reads as below: "Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 1/3

to remove the encroachment made in Government Poromboke land situated in S.No.241/10 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court."
