This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP(MD) No.1503 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18743 of 2025 dated 27.01.2026 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 27.01.2026, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
