This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to release the pending document No.P/ThiruppathurKaraikudi 8/2023 based on the petitioner's representations dated 31.03.2023 and 11.04.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents on instructions submitted that the document has already been released. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
