Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the criminal proceedings in S.T.C.No.345 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the criminal proceedings in S.T.C.No.345 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2.In earlier occasion, based on the submissions made by both sides, the matter was referred to mediation for exploring the possibility of settlement.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both side counsel submitted that compromise has been reached in the mediation process. Mediation report dated 29.09.2021 has also been received by this Court.

4.Since the matter has been settled, criminal proceedings in S.T.C.No.345 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District is hereby quashed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
