ORDER

The petitioner has moved this petition to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent by the learned Principal Sessions Judge (FAC), Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.3464 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024. 2.The petitioner has filed this petition on the ground that the Court below granted bail to the first respondent on the mis-representation that this Court granted bail to the co-accused in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6472 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024.

3.This Court perused the order granting bail to the co-accused in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6472 of 2024. It is only a bail order and hence, there is no reason to cancel the bail granted by the Court below to the first respondent.
