transporting of sand through lorries from Government sand quarry, Sirugamani, Srirangam Taluk, Trichirappalli District. A representation dated 03.06.2017 was already submitted in this regard.

2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader placing reliance on the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Srirangam in Na.Ka.No.A4/963/2017, dated 12.06.2017 submitted that there is no proposal to take the sand lorries through Indira Sundarnagar street. 3.This submission is placed on record. Therefore, there is no need to pass any further orders in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
