Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, as appear before the respondent police weekly twice until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9135 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily cooli worker. Hence, he is not in a position to comply the condition regularly.

3.The petitioner is directed to file relaxation petition for the above said remedy.
