ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent, after dispensing with the notice on the fourth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the fourth respondent.

2. It appears that the petitioner has made a representation against the fourth respondent before the official respondents 1 and 2, which has not been acted upon.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.12.2024, after due notice and hearing on 2/4

the fourth respondent and the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
