ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) IPC., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.1 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4985 of 2020, dated 20.03.2020. Hence, this petition is not maintainable.
