ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District to dispose the suit 1/4

in O.S.No.27 of 2024 within the time to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the first respondent, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. 3.The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.27 of 2024 filed for declaring the marriage certificate issued by the third respondent herein as null and void. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the marriage certificate issued by the third respondent as null and void is pending for the past one year without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.27 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases.
