ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner herein and his family members under the guise of enquiry in connection with F.I.R in Crime No.126 of 2018, on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is an First Information Report pending in Crime No.126 of 2018 against the son of the petitioner. The petitioner is being called for enquiry in that regard and is being harassed. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner should be called only by issuance of the summons.

3. The respondent police shall issue summon to the petitioner if he is required to attend an enquiry. With this direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
