The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the respondents are not harassing the petitioners. Based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the respondent Police have conducted enquiry as against the petitioners in C. No.483/58/Theni/GDD/24 and now the same is closed. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
