PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 1340 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks bail for the offences under Sections 8 (C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) and 27(a) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985. 3.The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner had been dismissed, since the parameters set out in Section 37 of the NDPS Act could not be fulfilled. I had expedited the conduct of the trial.

4.The petitioner's counsel complained that this direction has not been adhered to. Therefore, I called upon the respondents to file a status report.

CRL OP(MD). No.10799 of 2020 5.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that Investigation Officer was examined on 05.10.2020 and that the case is posted to 21.10.2020 for questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.
