ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.6155 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 27.03.2026 and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
