Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 2.The respondent is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation. Till such an order is passed, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. I make it very clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
