Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Ref No. Nil dated Nil signed by the 3rd respondent on 25.04.2020 and action of the respondents in recovering Rs.75,900/- from the petitioner towards monetary value equivalent to non-implemented punishment of increment cuts, quash 1/3

the same and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith pay the petitioner the recovered amount of Rs.75,900/- with 18 precentage interest payable from 27.04.2020 to till the date on which the above amount is settled to him.
