ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint lodged by the complainant, petition enquiry is pending. No case has been registered against this petitioner. 2.Since enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will appear for enquiry before the respondent during the next week. The same is recorded.
