For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 365/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 TNPHW Act in Crime No.365 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner and other accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and attacked him with deadly weapons. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD)No.10929 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9720 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court on 22.07.2021 by stating that the petitioner has five previous cases and there is no change in circumstances. 5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the earlier petition was dismissed on 22.07.2021 and also the fact that the petitioner has five previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
