RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2584 of 2021 in Crl O.P. (MD)No.1935 of 2021 by its order dated 25.03.21 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2584 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.1935 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that originally, the petitioner was granted bail, by order dated 23.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1935 of 2021 on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner was complying with the condition regularly from 26.02.2021. Since the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of the family, he moved a petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2584 of 2021 seeking modification of the above said condition. This Court, vide order dated 25.03.2021, modified the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5391 of 2021 condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the committal Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioner is complying with the condition from 05.04.2021, without fail.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2584 of 2021, regularly from 05.04.2021.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition from 05.04.2021, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
