O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents to close the TASMAC Wine Shop located at Kadathi Village, Poosalakudi Panchayat, Sivagangai District.

2. The report submitted by the District Collector, Sivagangai, indicates that a decision was taken to shift the Shop from the present location to another site at Kadathi Village. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the decision taken by the District Collector to shift the Shop in question, there is no need for a factual adjudication of the issue raised by the petitioner. We expect that the District Collector would close the shop and shift it as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
