No.14633 of 2020 :- This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to Modify the condition in Para No.4 Condition b in WP(MD) No.8741 of 2019 dated 11.4.2019 The Petitioner shall produce all the photo copies of the documents pertaining to the ownership of the seized vehicle. Instead of- The Petitioner shall produce all the documents pertaining to the ownership of the seized vehicle. Prayer in WP(MD). 8741 of 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the vehicle belongs to the petitioner bearing Regn.No. TN-52-A-4696 Lorry Vehicle which was seized on 13.03.2019 by the respondents based upon the petitioners representation dated 15.03.2019.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M. Suresh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs. S. Srimathy, Spl. Government Pleader, for the respondents, this Court made the following order: The petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.8741 of 2019 for release of his vehicle. The writ petition was allowed on condition that the petitioner should produce the documents indicating his ownership. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WMP(MD). No.14633 of 2020 It appears that the vehicle has been hypothecated in favour of the financier and the original documents are with the financier. 2.Taking note of the said fact, the petitioner is permitted to produce the photocopies of the ownership documents. The earlier condition imposed by this Court is accordingly modified. This Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
