Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 05.04.2021, on the file of the second respondent to any other police station, other than the second respondent.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 05.04.2021, on the file of the second respondent to any other police station, other than the second respondent.

2.The petitioner is the complainant in C.No.38 of 2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that job rocketing complaint has been made on 05.04.2021. But, still there is no action on the side of the respondent police. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since the amount involved in the complaint is Rs.1,00,000/-, the second respondent herein is not the competent authority to enquire the complaint. Hence, the complaint was forwarded to E1 Police Station, Pudur on 29.07.2021. Copy of the letter also been submitted before this Court.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
