ORDER

It is informed that the first appeal in A.S.No.18 of 2013 has been disposed of on 17.11.2021 by the learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, and subsequently to that, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.111 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Sivagangai. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition.

2.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
