Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, praying this Hon'ble Court against the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.A.No.2 of 2016 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge), Tirunelveli, dated 19.12.2018 confirming the Fair and Decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.69 of 2011 on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Tirunelveli dated 10.08.2015 and set aside the same. Decree:

Civil Revision Petition is coming upon for hearing on Tuesday the Twenty Fourth day of September, Two Thousand and Nineteen and upon perusing the grounds of Revision Petition, the order of the Lower Court and the material papers in this revision and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Ananth C.Rajesh, Advocate for the revision Petitioner, Mr. T.S.R.Venkatramana, Advocate for Respondent, and this Court while dismissing the Petition and confirming the Tribunal below, having stood over the matter for consideration till this date, doth order and decree as follows:

1. That, the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2008 made in R.C.A.No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge), Tirunelveli, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 10.08.2015 made in R.C.O.P.No.69 of 2011 on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Tirunelveli, be and hereby is confirmed and Civil Revision Petition is dismissed;
