Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner claims that he is having civil decree in his favour and he has given objection petition before the fourth respondent. 2/4

3.The fourth respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's objection before registering any document in respect of petition mentioned property. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall hear the interested persons before passing any order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
