ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Cr.No.753 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD)No.10384 of 2021 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners already filed a petition for anticipatory bail before the Court below and anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
