[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent herein for his wilful disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 14.03.2025 made in CMP(MD) No.4445 of 2025 in WA(MD)No.598 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that this petition has been filed as against the interim order passed by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2025.

3. Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court salary was paid to him and there is no wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
