PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1455/Nirvagam/ 2023 dated 06.04.2026 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned. This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1455/Nirvagam/2023 dated 06.04.2026 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. This Court, having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, granted interim suspension by order dated 17.04.2026.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for further consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel on either side that the impugned proceedings dated 06.04.2026 has been cancelled by the third respondent through proceedings No.1455/Nirvagam/2023 dated 28.04.2026.

4. In the light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is closed as having become infructuous. No costs.
