Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment put up by the encroachers by way of shops in Survey Nos.111/2, 142 and 144 of adjacent public main road of Puthanatham to Kalpatti located at Trichy District, Manapparai Taluk, Elamanam Village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2017 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents requesting to evict the encroachers in Survey Nos.111/2, 142 and 144 adjacent to public main road, Puthanatham to Kalpatti located at Trichy District.

2.We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21.04.2017 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
