ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2024 dated 23.05.2024 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Court, Karur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
