This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to pass orders by providing necessary relaxation as per the G.O.Ms.No.198, Social Welfare and Nutritious Programme (Sa.O.Thi-2) Department dated 25.10.2007 and appoint the Petitioner in a suitable post on compassionate ground.

2. The request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment had been forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent with a request for considering the relaxation of the age and to grant opinion on the same.

As the petitioner's request is being under consideration from 2022, as evident from the letter of the second respondent dated 23.09.2022, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposal submitted by the second respondent dated 23.09.2022 in Na.Ka.No.5982/,3-4/2022, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
