ORDER

The petitioner, aggrieved by the wrong demarcation of boundaries in the filed map without considering the schedule in the registered sale deed, has preferred an appeal before the second respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the second respondent right from May, 2024 onwards.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that hearing the appeal is now fixed on 29.05.2025.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from 29.05.2025 after hearing all the parties concerned. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
