O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader took notice and the matter is posted today for passing final orders and he has no objection for passing an order directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and within the time limit fixed by this Court.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction:

"The respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.04.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
