RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6243/2021 on 30.04.2021 and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.JOTHIBASU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6243 of 2021 on 30.04.2021, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
2. It is seen that the petitioner, without complying with the condition of surrendering before the concerned Court and executing a bond, has come forward with this petition to modify the condition and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police as and when required. Since the petitioner has not surrendered before the concerned Court, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
