Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 4. 2/4

2. The petitioner questions the impugned letter dated 10.07.2021 whereby convening of the Board meetings have been prohibited. The said letter was issued when the pandemic was at its peak. Now that the lockdown restrictions have been lifted, the impugned letter itself may not survive.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
