This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappali, in Crl.M.P.No.456 of 2020 vide order dated 05.03.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, through virtual hearing, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the appropriate Court.
