This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025 and conduct an enquiry within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 12.04.2025 to the respondents, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 1st respondent and they will conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents no.2 and 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the 1st respondent.

5. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocates that the petitioner's representation is pending with the 1st Page No. 2 of 4

respondent, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of one month, from the date of this order.
