O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The order under challenge is only a notice calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why he should not be evicted from the public property.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the land in question is Natham. The petioner is not an encroacher.

3.There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner has submitted his reply to the notice indicating the factual position and the nature of the land in question. 4.We grant time till 28th August, 2017, to submit a reply to the impugned notice dated 03.05.2017. The fourth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD).No.8473 of 2017 is closed.
